Long Term Detox Recovery Services
Clients have the option of doing a long term detox through using buprenorphine or methadone for six months. A stabilization dose will be achieved within the first few weeks of your treatment.
You’ll be administered this stabilization dose for about three months before you will be gradually tapered off of it in the final three months. During this time period, you’ll participate in counseling, have access to onsite groups and receive limited medical services. Topics your counselor may discuss with you include identifying your triggers and developing relapse prevention strategies.
Located on Capitol Avenue, the facility is not far from downtown Sacramento. In between your treatment sessions, you can enjoy sober activities such as visiting the California automobile museum or walking around the California State Capitol Park.
