They also offer limited individual and group counseling, referral services and discharge planning. They’re open on weekdays and Saturdays.

Multiple Medication Programs For Healing

The facility offers multiple medication programs to help with reducing your withdrawal symptoms or managing your cravings. They offer tracks for buprenorphine, methadone maintenence, Sublocade program, and Vivitrol.

Buprenorphine, methadone, and Sublocade can help with minimizing your withdrawal symptoms, while Vivitrol can help with managing your cravings. The medical staff goes into detail about how each of these options work and recommend a treatment option based on our specific needs.

Long Term Detox Recovery Services

Clients have the option of doing a long term detox through using buprenorphine or methadone for six months. A stabilization dose will be achieved within the first few weeks of your treatment.

You’ll be administered this stabilization dose for about three months before you will be gradually tapered off of it in the final three months. During this time period, you’ll participate in counseling, have access to onsite groups and receive limited medical services. Topics your counselor may discuss with you include identifying your triggers and developing relapse prevention strategies.

Located on Capitol Avenue, the facility is not far from downtown Sacramento. In between your treatment sessions, you can enjoy sober activities such as visiting the California automobile museum or walking around the California State Capitol Park.

Levels of Care

  • Outpatient

In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.

  • Dual Diagnosis

Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.

Detox Service Setting

  • Outpatient Detox

Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
