About Kaiser Permanente Mental Health and Chemical Dependency
Kaiser Permanente offers alcohol and drug rehab services in Antioch, California, for adolescents, young adults, and adults. The center provides ambulatory detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and aftercare programs.
Kaiser Permanente features a structured process for clients to begin their detox. In ambulatory medical detox, licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and Suboxone, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients are supervised throughout their treatment.
In addition to detox, clients may also receive health education classes, relapse prevention strategies, and life skills development. Clients may attend counseling in individual and group settings to gain peer support and develop healthy daily living habits. Primary care may be administered as needed. Family resources are also available. Kaiser may make additional referrals to outside facilities for specialized programs.
Kaiser Permanente offers self-pay and financing options. Medicare and Medi-Cal are accepted, and the center may be in-network with other insurance providers, such Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Optum, and Wellpoint. Please check your out-of-network benefits as coverage does vary.
