Primary Focus
- Substance Abuse Treatment
Medical Assisted Recovery is an outpatient clinic providing services to adults (age 18 and over) who have a primary issue with alcohol or other drug abuse or dependency. Because drug abuse does not exist in a vacuum, we also supply education and support for family and other concerned persons.
We provide multidisciplinary assessment and evidence-based treatment of medical, psychological and sociological needs. Medical assessment may include the need for anti-craving medications as well as evaluation of mental health medications. Psychological evaluations focus on those disorders which often precede, are created by, or are exacerbated by substance abuse. These might include depression, anxiety, ADHD, cognitive disorders, bipolar, as well as other mental health issues.
Personal and sociological needs are addressed to facilitate a contented and worthwhile, sober lifestyle. Our multidisciplinary staff develops each treatment plan and continues to review the patient’s progress during all phases of treatment.
