About Angel Step 2
Angel Step 2 is a residential drug and alcohol rehab in Bellflower, California, operated by Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs, Inc. (SCADP).
The program provides women-only substance use disorder treatment and uniquely accommodates mothers with their children, helping reduce barriers to care.
Angel Step 2 is part of the Los Angeles County Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System provider network.
Women’s Only Addiction Treatment Programs
Treatment begins with a full American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) assessment to determine medical necessity and guide each woman’s individualized plan.
From there, clients enter residential substance use treatment with 24-hour support in a structured, recovery-focused environment.
Women can expect a blend of education groups, counseling groups and individual sessions with a substance abuse specialist or therapist.
Additional supports include case management, relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational approaches, social skills development, transportation and random drug screening.
