About Aspire Counseling Services

Aspire Counseling Services is based in Santa Clarita, California. They offer outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization programs for substance use disorders as well as a variety of programs for behavioral health. They work with adults and adolescents ages 12 to 17.

One thing I noticed is that Aspire prioritizes prompt services, with next-business day appointments for counseling and entry into behavioral health programs at any point during the course’s duration. The office has neutral colors to maintain a modern, clinical look.

Short-Term Intensive Program for Teenagers

Aspire’s Adolescent IOP is designed to give youths immediate treatment with as little disruption to their regular routine as possible. The goal is to stabilize quickly and give them tools for managing their emotions in healthy ways.

Comprehensive Behavioral Health with Adjunctive Therapies

Behavioral wellness often needs more interventions than talk therapy alone. Aspire has several additional therapies in their program to give you different avenues of emotional expression and healthy living. Referrals and assessments can be given to detox or medication assisted treatment (MAT) programs.

Their mindfulness coaching and trauma-informed yoga sessions help you center your mind. Art therapy uses drawing and painting as ways to express your feelings without words or the pressure to create something “good” – the goal is to experiment and play. They also have pet therapy and a drumming-based music program.
