Essential Behavioral Health, formerly Clean and Sober Detox and part of the Zinnia Health network, is an alcohol and drug rehab in Fair Oaks, California. The center offers residential detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults.
Clients at Essential Behavioral Health, have a structured environment to begin their residential medical detox program. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, acamprosate, disulfiram, bupropion, and nicotine replacement therapy, are used to reduce cravings and manage withdrawal pains. The facility provides 24/7 supervision for six beds. Amenities include outdoor therapy, gym membership, enrollment in 12-step programs, and trauma therapy to reinforce their recovery.
After detox, clients transition into inpatient care, which includes group and individual therapy. Holistic approaches, such as arts and music therapy, yoga, and weekend outings, are also provided as clients begin to integrate back into their communities. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing are used to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Essential Behavioral Health may make referrals to the Zinnia Health network for outpatient care or to outside facilities.
