ECS Central East Regional Recovery Center is an outpatient substance use treatment program of Episcopal Community Services in San Diego, California. Funding for the program is provided by San Diego County Behavioral Health Services. Clients appreciate the knowledgeable respectful staff and flexible scheduling that helps them balance recovery with work and family life.
The center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, federal and government funding, private health insurance, and state financed plans. Sliding fee scales and payment assistance are available for those who qualify. The center is open Monday through Thursday until 9pm, Friday until 5pm, and Saturday mornings.
Referrals for Detox Treatment
ECS Central East Regional Recovery Center provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and 12 step facilitation. Although the center does not offer detox or medication management treatment they can refer you to a local facility that provides these services.
Services also include anger management, trauma related counseling, and discharge planning with referrals to housing, employment, and community resources. Telehealth and in person options are both available.
Specialized Treatment Programs
The center serves adult men and women, including those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Specialized services are available for young adults ages 18 to 25. The program welcomes both voluntary and court ordered clients as well as those experiencing homelessness or unemployment.
