About Gait House Inc. Sober Living
Gait House Inc Sober Living is a structured sober living home in Thousand Oaks, California offering men and women a safe and accountable environment as they transition into long term recovery.

With a small capacity of just six residents, Gait House provides personalized case management and life coaching in a calm and supportive setting.
Sober Living with Random Drug and Alcohol Testing
Gait House is not a treatment center but a lower level of care designed for clients stepping down from residential or intensive programs. Residents benefit from structured case management, daily monitoring and connections to high quality intensive outpatient programs in the community, ensuring continuity of care as they rebuild their lives.
Clients are required to participate in weekly offsite recovery meetings and IOP counseling while living at the facility. Medication management support and life coaching services are available onsite and random drug and alcohol testing plus room searches promote accountability and safety throughout the recovery process.
