Grata House provides 24/7 medical oversight during detox, with physician and nursing support to ensure safe withdrawal management. Medication assisted treatment is available, including rapid buprenorphine tapers and medications for alcohol use disorder, followed by structured residential programming.
Residential care emphasizes trauma informed modalities such as the NeuroAffective relational model, EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and motivational interviewing.
