La Fuente Hollywood Treatment Center is an LGBTQ focused addiction treatment center in Los Angeles, California offering a full continuum of substance use and co-occurring mental health care in the heart of Hollywood.

The program provides detox and residential treatment, PHP and IOP, outpatient services and sober living, and alumni support.

LGBTQ Addiction Treatment and Medical Detox

Clients typically begin with a clinical assessment and medically supported detox followed by 24 hour residential treatment in a comfortable home setting. From there, clients can step down into PHP, IOP, or outpatient programming with aftercare and alumni connection.

Treatment integrates CBT and DBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, and relapse prevention alongside 12 step programming and psychoeducation, fitness, and nutrition.

Dual diagnosis care addresses anxiety, depression, and PTSD while robust family therapy and multi-family groups help rebuild support systems.
