About Life Choices Treatment Services Inc
Life Choices Treatment was a sober living home and drug rehab that is now closed. They were based in San Jose, California. Support was provided to adults struggling with substance abuse and various self-pay options were accepted. Fees were competitive relative to other similar facilities and homes in San Jose.
An Effective Sober Living Home in Silicon Valley
The facility provided a safe sober living environment for men and women since 2001 and was conveniently based near downtown San Jose. There was access to plenty of handy public transport links.
Residents enjoyed a calm, pleasant neighborhood and plenty of open space in the home. The program had 31 beds available, with the duration depending on clients’ personal circumstances. Individuals were encouraged to stay for at least the length of time it took them to complete all of the 12 steps of recovery.
Support For Sobriety
While detox services weren’t provided here due to the nature of the program, the team could refer individuals to local detox facilities where they could access safe and supervised withdrawal management services.
Residents at the house benefitted from structured support, guided by 12 step programming. A sober atmosphere was maintained through regular drug testing and checkups. Meanwhile, residents were also expected to attend regular house meetings and engaged in group activities with their peers.
