Elevate offers both inpatient and outpatient detox to suit the client’s preferences. The aim of these is to physically and mentally help each client get through the withdrawal process in a safe and effective manner. This may mean temporarily using prescription medication during detox. During this phase of recovery, a client’s exercise and nutrition will be integral to moving forward. Breathing exercises, yoga, mindfulness, art and music therapy, and biochemical imbalance repair are a few of the holistic treatments available at Elevate.

The ranch-style campus spread over 28 acres offers views of the Pacific Ocean including Big Sur. It offers expansive grounds, a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, and manicured gardens. Chef-prepared nutritious meals include local fresh seafood and produce.
