A Men-Only Transitional Sober Living Home in the San Joaquin Valley
While the facility doesn’t provide detox services, the team can support its residents and those interested in staying here by referring them to local providers and specialists that can help. They don’t have clinical services, and any medications have to be cleared.
As for what is offered here, you can expect a housing-based, structured program within a sober living environment. A strong focus is placed on helping residents develop personal responsibility and accountability, as well as transferable life skills to support themselves in the recovery process.
Twelve Step principles are also integrated into the program’s teachings. Clients attend AA four times a week, including weekends. Residents are encouraged to support one another, and actively engage in the house’s structured daily routines, while developing their own personal healthy habits.
Recovery Through Personal Accountability
The facility encourages your reintegration into the local community by providing you with access to relevant resources, as well as support in finding employment to help get you set up post-recovery. You can also workout in the backyard or at the local Planet Fitness.
While here, you can expect to attend regular house meetings and do your part in chores and house responsibilities, all while remaining sober. You may stay in either a private or shared room, while also having access to shared living spaces and outdoor settings for group activities, socialization, and relaxation.
