Palm Avenue Detox is a boutique-style, clinically managed 22-bed inpatient detox facility in San Mateo, California. This is a non-medical detox program and as such doesn’t involve 24/7 physician support. Clients requiring withdrawal meds or other medical services are referred to the appropriate partner services within the county.
