Pathways Recovery is a licensed, Joint Commission accredited drug and alcohol treatment provider in Roseville, California serving Sacramento and surrounding communities.

With a small census and trauma focused model Pathways treats the mind, body, and spirit in an intimate and home like setting designed for lasting recovery.

The program offers a full continuum of care including medical detox and residential treatment, intensive outpatient and medication assisted treatment, and dual diagnosis support for conditions like anxiety and depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

Gender Specific Residential Treatment in Roseville

Pathways Recovery specializes in gender specific residential care with separate men’s and women’s programs limited to just six men or eight women at a time. This luxury small client model is supported by medical staff, master’s level clinicians, certified counselors, and 24 hour support.

Treatment blends counseling and trauma focused care, CBT and DBT, and family involvement with holistic services like mindfulness and yoga, art and music therapy, and personal fitness training.
