About Sacramento Pathway Pathways Recovery
Sacramento Pathway, part of the Pathways Recovery network, offers alcohol and drug rehab services in Citrus Heights. The center provides residential detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for gender-specific groups.
At Sacramento Pathways, clients have a structured environment to begin their rehabilitation. Residential social detox consists of a combination of holistic treatments, including yoga, individual and group counseling, and peer support programs, along with medical detox to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, disulfiram, and naloxone, may be administered. Clients are supervised 24/7 to discourage relapse.
In addition to detox, clients transition into inpatient and outpatient settings, depending on their acuity. Programs include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and brain spotting to develop life skills, hone healthy daily living routines, and family conferencing. Clients may be referred to outside facilities for specialized services, or continue in the alumni program.
Sacramento Pathways is accredited by the California Department of Health Care Services.
Sacramento Pathways offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and any PPO plan. Medi-Cal is not accepted. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
