A majority of residents at Whiteside Manor will take medications on the first day of their stay at the facility. The options that will be available to you are Suboxone and Subutex.
Along with medications to alleviate your symptoms, you’ll begin participating in behavioral therapies and start learning life skills. Behavioral therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy will help you with adjusting negative thoughts influencing your addiction and developing relapse prevention strategies.

Boot Camp Program For Discipline
In addition to medication assisted treatment and recreational therapy, the facility offers a unique voluntary boot camp program to help clients develop discipline and structure. You’ll work with a certified fitness trainer four days a week and as they guide you through an exercise regimen.
