About D&A Detox Residential Treatment Center
D and A Detox in Rancho Cordova, California, is a nonprofit addiction treatment center. They offer detox, residential and sober living programs for clients with substance use disorder. Donations cover costs for those who are unable to pay.
NonMedical Inpatient Detox
The center provides nonmedical inpatient detox that lasts five to 10 days. If you are suffering from acute withdrawal, the center works with a local physician who can prescribe detox medications for you.
Around the clock supervision ensures a safe detox experience for clients. We know withdrawals can be deadly so we encourage supervised detox.
12 Step Meetings for Inpatient and Outpatient Care
Clients enjoy professionally prepared meals and a stocked refrigerator for snacks and drinks. The center does not have a specific wake up time and clients can enjoy fresh air in the backyard area.
The center hosts AA and NA meetings that detox clients attend. Meetings are open to the public so you can attend these meetings after discharge.
Inpatient Substance Use Treatment
You may be transitioned to residential treatment after detox. Clients attend family groups, education groups and treatment groups as part of their treatment plan. Park and recreational sober activities include softball, barbeques and other fun social events.
