About Humboldt County Alcohol and Other Drug Children Youth and Family Services
The Adolescent Treatment Center, part of Humboldt County’s Behavioral Health Services, offers drug rehab services for adolescents ages 12-18 in Eureka, California. The center provides ambulatory detox, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At the Adolescent Treatment Center, clients have a structured environment to begin their recovery. In the ambulatory detox program, social approaches, including counseling, family conferencing, and peer support groups are used to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Clients are supervised throughout their treatment to discourage relapse.
In addition to detox, clients participate in building life skills, receive career coaching, and enroll in group support programs. The center may make referrals to outside facilities and programs for acute cases.
Adolescent Treatment Center offers self-pay and financing options. The center may be in-network with Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, Optum, and Wellpoint. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
